TOUR AGREEMENT

& RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The tours are intended as planned routes. According to the season, weather conditions, natural incidents or manmade interference, changes to the route may be necessary, therefore Green Volcano Ranch (GVR) reserves the right to implement such route changes.

It is advised that the participants have a current travel and health insurance, as GVR can accept absolutely no responsibility for possible accidents or illnesses during the tour.

Participants accept to handle horses and ride at their own risk and responsibility.

It is advised to wear one of the provided helmets.

Participants agree to provided the GVR with a correct description of their riding experience and understand the risk that is implied if they do not offer accurate information about their experience level with horses.

The longer trail rides are adventurous, demanding and might involve sections of hiking.

Fitness and adventurous spirit required.

The maximum rider weight is 90kg or 200 pounds, on longer rides 85 kg.

The participants agree to follow the wrangler’s instruction and ranch rules to the best of their ability.

Anybody who continually disrupts the group, does not follow the guide's instructions or endangers safety, must reckon with the possibility of expulsion from the tour with no right to a refund.

The GVR operators and guides will not be held liable for any damage or accident that may occur on the tour.

Participants agree to sign a Liability Release Form before their tour begins.

Participant's suggestions are alway welcome and will be incorporated into the program wherever possible.

In order to confirm a tour, a deposit of at least 75% of the total trip price is required,

and the remainder of the cost will be due before the tour begins.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation over 6 weeks before the ride: 15% loss of deposit

Cancellation over 30 days before the ride: 50% loss of deposit

Cancellation under 10 days of the ride or no-show: 100% loss of deposit

All refunds will be less the transaction fees required to return the remainder.
